WheelTry provides a software service for wheel visualization based on user-provided images. We may update, suspend, or modify features from time to time.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for account credentials, activity under your account, and ensuring all submitted information is accurate and authorized for use.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activities, including unauthorized use of third-party content or attempts to bypass security controls.
4. Customer Content
You retain rights to your input content. You grant WheelTry a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service.
5. Availability and Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheelTry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or security risks.
